Sharing Weekends

“Sometimes, watching a movie is a bit like being raped.”
― Luis Buñuel, My Last Sigh

I have this habit that forces me to go out on Friday, I am not used to spend my time sleepind during the weekend without feeling any remorse and this time my plan was somethind kinda typical but classy, a vistit to the Cineteca.
And there we were, Marifé, Damián and Ana Valeria just in front of the cashier ready to watch The Secret Life of Adele, but because of my so saturated schedule (and lack of an IFE), we decided on Her.

The Oscars presumed not much this film, in fact, this was a ghost-film in that ceremony so, personally, I also underestimate it too.
We enter a little late to the function (a mistake that would cost us, later, a terrible neck pain) and inmediatly when we went inside the room the laughter flooded the place, I was confused, I believed I had paid to see a typical love drama, not a comedy at all.
Finally, up in front, there were four places available (It was so close that I could feel the breath of the actors right in my face), quickly I focused on picking up the thread of the story. Two hours well spent.

From photography to the script, this story is perfect. Made for an intellectual public but perfect for those who seek to kill time. Accompanied or alone, with family, in couple or with friends, Her is  such a peculiar story that anyone, after watching the trailer I already post, would be curious to watch.

P.S. It also has some good music.
